Job Description


  • Responsible for providing support in the various HR & Admin function

  • Design & Develop HR & Admin policy, manual or work flow and other system

  • Manage and develop other training strategy and staff motivation

  • Responsible for other tasks assigned by the management

Job Requirements


  • BBA degree in fields of Business Management, Administration / Human Resource

  • At least 5 years experience as HR & Admin Manager

  • Good command of spoken and written English (other language is a plus)

  • Computer Literature (Ms. Word & Excel, Internet & Email, etc)

  • Fast leader, Dynamic, Team spirit, Flexible, Solving problem skills

  • Good communication, interpersonal and follow up skills

  • Have training and motivation skills

  • Good knowledge of labor law in Cambodia, administrative work procedure and protocol

  • Willing to work under pressure

  • Honest and good commitment to achieve the target.
