Job Description

Our client is leading the Singapore restaurant scene, with a few top notch restaurants under their care. They are seeking a Sales Director to devise a strategy to increase sales, revenue, reservations, and create new marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify new group/catering or corporate business to achieve revenue goals, understand the overall restaurant trend.
  • Be responsible for all incoming requests from group/catering.
  • Develop a relationship strategy to drive customer loyalty, ensure exemplary customer service by driving customer satisfaction and increasing loyalty.
  • Partnering and creating successful relationships to build and strengthen the community to increase customer base for both group and corporate sales are part of your responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years F&B/Hospitality/Lifestyle experience, with a strong track record of running a group of successful outlets to be able to handle this large portfolio.
  • Strong drive for results, excellent communication skills and strong customer relationship are all essential.
  • Energetic, confident sales individual to make an impact in the fine dining business.
