Lead the Regional Supply Chain team members across 6 markets in SEA to meet key deliverables.
Responsible for the overall Supply Chain function for SEA region. The role covers three key functional teams, ie. Planning, Logistics and Customer Service.
Responsible overall product supply activities to support SEA markets and ensuring high customer level fulfillment and optimal inventory level.
Chairs the monthly S&OP monthly operational and KPI review with SEA country leaders. Primary measurements are to drive Inventory dollars, Days of Sales Inventory (DSI), Excess &Obsolete (E&O), Fill Rate KPI.
Drives new projects / initiatives that will improve processes by identifying improvement opportunities, marshal resources and drive the initiatives to completion to achieve measureable benefit.
Drive new system/process implementations and facilitate order fulfillment projects to improve overall efficiency and responsiveness.
Drives improvements and changes in key processes, and system upgrades.
Aligns key initiatives with Asia/Global Emerging Market (GEM) organization.
Develop and build capability for the supply chain organization, and advocate growth and career development for the team
Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, business management or supply chain management or a related field required. Advanced degree highly desirable.
Requires a minimum of 8 to 10 years of business experience in supply chain / planning. Preferably in a MNC with consumer/industrial goods environment.
