Develop Marketing strategy, action plans and budget to enable Maybank Kim Eng to continue our leadership position and expand regionally.
Oversee marketing and customer engagement plan and managing the plan through the coordination of related department.
Analyzing customer information in order to understand, satisfy and exceed customersí need and expectation and also provide other important information to the management in order to aware of any urgency in the business.
Initiate, implement and evaluate the promotional campaign to attract customers and new tailored service and offer to each customer segment especially high value members
Foster and manage relationship with regional office, partners & other partiers.
Support the CEO and management team both local and regional on special request matters.
Contribute to developing the organization, as a member of the management team
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification. Post Graduate Degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years working experience in related fields with minimum 5 years in a managerial position.
Discipline/Related Field: Any recognized graduate degree, preferably in Branding and Communications, Marketing, Banking, Finance or Business Administration
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Thai and English
Experiences and skill in marketing planning and implementation of campaign/events management
Good interpersonal relationship
