Be responsible for the overall business performance of South region (South 1 + South 2) including all sales distributions: GT, MT, Retail and B2B channels.
Be in charge of all operations of the branch including trade-marketing, logistics, accounting and other operations.
Directly report to Country Commercial Director and functionally report to COO.
Develop and manage sales activities in the South in line with the company’s sales policy (80%)
Implement sales strategy and sales plan for the South market in order to improve the business growth rate;
Customize the company’s sales policies to optimize the business opportunities in the South market;
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities & develop targets of all distribution channels in the South region;
Be responsible for the sales performance of the South region;
Coordinate with marketing team to design and implement trade marketing activities or other marketing programs for the South;
Build up and manage the headcount plan and sales budget ;
Recruit, train, coach and be responsible for setting objectives and tracking results of sales team.
Manage the general operation of the branch (12%)
Manage cross-function team of the branch to implement logistics & after-sales activities in order to timely meet the business demand and effectively support sales activities in the South market.
Manage the accounting system, all admin procedures & information system of the branch.
Act as the Company’s Representative in the South (8%)
Develop and maintain the relationship with local authorities, press & media agencies, other third parties and partners,....
Participate in public events, CSR activities to promote company's image and reputation in the South
University degree or master degree, major in commerce, marketing, business administration
At least 10 years of work experience in sales, business at management position
Extensive experiences in developing and managing sales distribution (GT, MT, retail, B2B sales channel)
Strong business acumen and ability to identify new business opportunities. Strategic mind. Strong leadership skills
Strong finance and budget management skills
Demonstrated the ability to successfully build teams and nourish the internal & external business relationship in the role of the Company’s Representative in the South
Fluency in English.
