Job Description

  • TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
    • Lead in creating program based on agreed technical specification.
    • Assist in the business requirements validation and functional system design.
    • Respond promptly and accurately to bug reports.
    • Conduct system analysis and development.
    • Provide technical guidance to software product development and participate in all  stages of the software development cycle.
    • Ensure that all resource needed are available and properly in place(test Environment, tester, programmer, test data etc.).
    • Analyze system requirements and divides them into tasks for junior programmers.
    • Proof programs to assure quality production and efficiency of the people that use it.
    • Utilize tools involved in the performance of certain functions of programming.
  • EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT
    • Do company-wide planning, strategizing and organizing.
    • Demonstrate policy assessment and risk management.
    • Prepare contingency plans during unexpected situations.
    • Plan, organize and manage weekly up to monthly activities of the team and other team   involved in the operation.
    • Monitor and distribute tasks deliverables to the Team Leaders.
    • Supervise and work with the team to meet client requirements.
    • Ensure that deliverables are done on or before the deadline.
    • Escalate client concerns and issues to the management.
    • Analyze monthly report and do validation versus set company goals.
    • Exert exceptional efforts in learning and applying all company’s processes and procedures.
    • Approve filed AEF of Team Member/s, direct report.
    • Log 100% tasks at x2 system every day.
  • TEAM PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
    • Observe weekly performance evaluation of the entire Team.
    • Monitor attendance of the team.
    • Initiate weekly performance coaching of the entire Team.
    • Implement improvement plans based on data and set direction by management for team’s highest quality of work output.
    • Develop the Team by initiating and/or facilitating Trainings on a weekly basis.
    • Conduct evaluation to Team members and submit PA Forms on time.
    • Ensure that the Team members abide to Titanium’s Policies and Code of Conduct.
    • Research on how to upgrade team’s technical capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course in Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Four (4) to five (5) years of work related experiences is an advantage.
  • Experience in software development and SQL is required.
  • Exceptional reasoning ability to perceive, analyse and understand concepts and ideas clearly and therefore provide basic to complex solution to perceived challenges at hand.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
