Job Description

Our client, an expanding bank in Hong Kong is looking for a Head of Service Management and Process Reengineering. Reports to Head of Technology and Operations, the right candidate will focus on driving various change management programs. You will also be responsible to,
  • Provide professional advice to the management team on various change programs and process design for the new system/ product launch.
  • Identify the change management needs and drive reengineering program
  • Lead various change management program and ensure it completed in a timely and effective manner
  • Liaised with various stakeholders to identify right areas to be improved

Job Requirements

  • University graduated with degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Solid track record in change management, BPR and project management in Corporate Banking area.
  • A minimum of 10 years relevant experience with 5 years at supervisory position
  • Professional qualification such as LEAN, PRINCE 2, Agile, PMP and Six Sigma will be a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
