The Head of Sales will report to the Country General Manager (Thailand) and will be responsible for leading, coaching and enabling the sales team to ensure that targets and budgets are achieved. You will be responsible for developing and leading sales strategies at a local level as well as being the conduit for regionally initiated strategies and projects.
You will draw on your experience and expertise as you contribute to improvement initiatives for product development and enhancements ensuring that we keep pace with the market and continue to offer superior products and services to our clients.
The successful candidate will need to be a confident and seasoned sales professional with the ability to connect with clients. You will need to have the ability to think strategically and creatively and be a natural, strong leader.
Experience of working to targets and managing your direct reports to achieve success is essential.
