The company now requires a professional and highly qualified candidate to lead a team in the position of Head of Sales & Marketing (Domestic & Border Trade).
The Head of Sales & Marketing (Domestic & Border Trade) shall report to the President be responsible for the following:
- Directing and overseeing organization's domestic and border trade sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Formulating sales strategic plans for distribution, modern trade, retails sales and implementing the strategies to achieve business objective.
- Defining and driving distribution sales strategy to achieve the strategic and financial market development and sales goals as defined by the executive team and board.
- Leading and managing all sales activities to maximize market share and revenue across all distribution channels.
- Setting business plans, sales targets, budgets and sales strategies in order to achieve company goals.
- Developing and implementing annual sales plans.
- Building and strengthening long-term, positive business relationships and driving continuous improvement in sales capacity.
- Motivating and mentoring a high achieving professional sales team.
