Job Description

One of the leaders in the beauty industry with presence in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Myanmar. 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage P&L of the business and the A&P budget
  • Work in partnership with long-term relationship principle (launch and marketing activities, business review, market trends, consumer insights, competitor analysis)
  • Ensure sales are maximized through effective analysis of sales data, monitoring of activity, observation of and response for trends, setting of priorities and evaluation of business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multiple functional teams to ensure smooth business operation
  • Covering aspects of the business: floor staff coaching, sales, marketing, inventory management, relationship with principle, relationship with suppliers / principles

Job Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in the retail or beauty sector.
  • Possess sound working knowledge on retail operations and have good understanding on the consumersí buying habit and market trend.
  • Be a confident and independent individual, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skill.
