Job Description

  • responsible for leading and guiding a team of salespeople.
  • assign sales territories, setting quotas, mentoring the members of the sales team, assign sales training, building a sales plan, and hiring and firing salespeople. 
  • implement the policies and procedures of the unit.
  • determine the profit by implementing sales and marketing strategies to ensure that she will get the business.
  • do the planning, organizing and control to ensure that they will hit the expected target.
  • provide action plan and must be able to train and manage the people to be effective in their position.
  • help the team establish personal network and be able to maintain rapport with the clients to maintain and go beyond the sales target.

Job Requirements

  • Female
  • Bachelorís degree holder preferably ECE, IT, Sales and Marketing or equivalent course
  • With 10 years of work related experience preferably from Telecoms and IT industry
  • Skills: Negotiation, selling to customer needs, motivation for sales, sales planning, building relationships, managing process, market knowledge, develop budget, staffing.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing)
  • Must be able to understand sales plan
  • Honest, responsible, value professionalism  and hardworking
  • Candidate with strong contact in Telecoms, IT and government industries is advantage
