Job Description

  • Develop and implement a short and long term sales strategy and short and long term sales plans in order to meet the defined market objectives
  • Consistently monitor, measure and evaluate performance against set targets, ensuring the right corrective measures are in place in case of deviations
  • Develop short and long term action plans for channels, customers and route-to-shelf activities
  • Collaboration and interface with Region S&M Director, Group Trade Marketing, Group Marketing and Supply Chain on sales-related matters, projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to operational pricing decisions from a sales perspective and execution of operational pricing activities including the optimal BPPC mix
  • Implement & drive customer engagement programmes based on shopper and customer needs to enhance our relationship and retail advocacy across key trade partners in order to drive availability of our portfolio
  • Leading, motivating and developing the sales organisation to ensure continual and high employee engagement
