Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
Act as a strategic partner with business unit in order to plan and could achieve the result of Recruitment Function
Ensuring that the vacant positions are fully filled in and on time.
Manage the recruitment team in order to ensure the timely and quality hiring for vacant and new positions based on defined position profiles
Summarize a monthly report on the recruitment activities.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Bachelor or Master in related filed, oversea educated will definitely be an advantage
Minimum of 10 years experience in recruitment/sourcing with a great track record in filling vacancies.
Experience from FMCG/Retails/Banking/Phamaceutical is highly desirable
Strong network with candidate in FMCG/Retails industry
Strong in inter-personal and communication skills.
Be able to handle pressure and work in fast-paces environment
Excellent ability in people management and development.
Good command in English and Thai
