Work with CMO to develop a marketing strategy including advertising and content for each brand to grow awareness, retention and deliver enquiries as per yearly KPI’s
Develop each brands annual Marketing plan and budget which is aligned to the brand’s strategic and long term development goals
Regularly monitor competitor performance to support development plan and marketing initiatives.
Tactical Marketing and Communications
Implement the marketing and promotional activity for each brand (including events, digital marketing, social, advertising, PR, sponsorship etc.)
Manage the marketing spend and ensure activities are planned and executed within agreed budgets
Manage the digital marketing agency to ensure that cost and conversion are maximised
Develop an inbound marketing strategy to nurture leads, become a Hubspot expert and execute the inbound marketing strategy using Hubspot
Identify feeder relationships, partnerships or sponsorship opportunities in the community to generate new enquiries
Manage the organization and promotion of marketing events (Open Days, Assessments, Parent Seminars etc) and align the required the organization support in conjunction with Sales team and Brand CEO for academic support
Manage the Direct Sales Force to ensure they deliver the marketing strategic message through engagement activity
Own and continuously improve the user’s experience of the website and ensure up to date information including events and programs
Develop and manage production of all external marketing collateral including prospectus and direct marketing activities
Develop the internal communication platforms and communication strategy to keep students engaged with the company brand to develop referrals and increase retention
