Achieve budgeted sales numbers and net margins as per the annual agreed plan
Develop robust overall short and medium terms marketing plans by Brand and Category, including new Brand introductions and ATL activity when required
Manage A&P budgets according to annual agreed plan and monitor marketing spending against budget
Develop understanding for self and company of overall market dynamics in the key area we participate in
Be a successful recruiter and retainer of people to build a team to manage a fast growth strategy
Develop company and Brand image as a credible player in the market through participation in credible industry and networking events
Oversee and manage relationship development with Principals and key customers
Ownership of demand forecast for all Brands in S&OP process
Provide regular monthly reporting and analysis of performance to CEO
Work closely with Sales & Operation Manager, Area Managers, Store Managers to develop channel by channel basis marketing activities, covering products, packages, pricing and promotions in line with brand companies & sales strategies
Prepare and evaluate channel specific programs and build category focus.
Coordinates and directs outside market research projects and prepares reports, analysis and commentary for management on statistical and other data received concerning markets, pricing, etc.
Liaise with local advertising agencies and suppliers to develop above and below line materials in support of in-country marketing plans
University Degree or equivalent. Marketing / Business Management qualification preferred
Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing management, senior marketing roles in retail, FMCGs for the business of fashion, cosmetics, food or drinks.
Demonstrate excellent business relationship building and communication skills with all external stakeholders
Good strategy planning, P&L management and analytical skills
Ability to build positive internal and external working relationships
Proactive Team player

Able to manage project
