Education. Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics. Masters preferred.
Experience. Minimal 5 years’ experience in Marketing; either in telecommunications industry or financial services industry or related field. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
Computer Skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications, and statistical analysis. Solid knowledge of analytical tools, but also for Digital Marketing.
Communication skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Requires an excellent command of both Myanmar and English language.
Customer-service skills. Excellent customer service skills for both customers and Red Dot merchants. Must be resilient and be an effective convincer and influencer.
Listening skills. Must listen and research frequently and understand a situation/trend in order to improve overall marketing strategies.
Problem-solving skills. Excellent problem solving skills and a convincer.
Mind set and Interpersonal skills. Ability to think creatively and innovatively. Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and be a good team leader
