Job Description

  • Using insights and segmentation models, develop and implement a short and long term portfolio and marketing strategy in order to meet defined market objectives
  • Consistently monitor, measure and evaluate performance against set targets, ensuring the right corrective measures are in place in case of deviations
  • Develop short and long term portfolio & brand plans and activities reflecting on consumer profile and behavior and segmentation models
  • Collaboration and interface with Region S&M Director and Group Marketing for portfolio management and innovation strategies and initiatives
  • Collaboration with Region S&M Director and Group Trade Marketing for group-related projects and initiatives on customer engagement and pricing
  • Leading, motivating and developing the marketing organisation to ensure continual and high employee engagement
