Job Description

The purpose of this function is to manage sales activities by sectors, generate sales revenue, increase subscriber growth, and maintain relationship with large and medium customers.

Report to : Head of Corporate Direct Sales Dept.

Principal Accountabilities :
  • Develop sales forecast, sales planning and sales reporting for manufacturing customers
  • Manage the monthly variable allocation of sales target based on the sales teams’ capacities
  • Manage account s across the sales teams, grouped into 3 tiers including Tier 1 (MNC), Tier 2, and Tier 3
  • Retain and maintain relationship with existing manufacturing customers
  • Initiate new solution based on received customers’ requirements
  • Manage supply of special phone number for manufacturing customers
  • Provide logistics and operational support regarding to corporate products / services
  • Provide back office support of contract, registration and documentation, change package, change profile, including MNP process for corporate
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing customer account management plan
  • Identify new opportunities of manufacturing customer account
  • Develop and maintain opportunity acquisition plan that aligns with corporate strategies
  • Acquire new manufacturing customers
  • Manage and monitor accounts to ensure alignment with defined account management plan
  • Understand the customer business and demonstrate industry knowledge–become a trusted advisor
  • Manage and maintain manufacturing customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction and expectation are managed
  • Achieve revenue growth and account retention through added value and solutions
  • Perform product /solution testing and provide product/solution demonstration to create additional value
  • Act as an escalation point to solve customer care issues
  • Utilize Corporate Sales Planning & Bidding function to ensure Corporate Direct Sales functions are supported from pre-sale to sales period

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Extensive experience using MS Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)
  • A proactive, energetic, and seasoned professional with positive attitude and passion
  • A structured personality with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
