Our client is a leading securities/ asset management company. Due to its business expanding it is now looking for professional and competent candidates for the position of Head of Human Resources.
Handling overall management of the recruitment, compensation & benefits and office administration functions.
Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.
Monitoring salary and wage administration including the conducting of salary surveys in the market place.
Maintaining manpower control reports.
Developing and delivering training programs for all departments.
Ensuring annual training plan effectiveness.
Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale.
Updating the HR strategic plan annually.
Responsible for employee relations as well as general affairs.
Assisting and advising senior management on human resources issues.
Directing a process of organizational development that primarily addresses across division lines. Evaluating plans & changes to plans and making recommendations to senior management.
Male or female, aged between 40-50 years old.
Bachelorís Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
Having at least 8 years experience in human resources in securities, asset management or other related business.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to interact at all levels
Proactive leader with strong people management skills and the ability to work independently
Possess strategic thinking and an aggressive & strong personality
English and Thai fluency are a must.
