Responsible for a full spectrum of human resources function which include the following:
Manage and oversee compensation and benefits functions
Manage and oversee recruitment and talent sourcing plan and activities
Manage and oversee staff training administration & Organization Development
Manage and oversee Industrial Relations issues
Responsible for formulating and/or reviewing of annual HR budgeting (i.e manpower planning & budget, Comp & Benefits budget, training budget and other HR related budget)
Assist in formulating and designing HR strategy and scorecard
Formulate, design and/or review Talent Management framework and strategies
Design and/or review Succession Planning framework and strategies
Assist Head of Departments and ensure all IR related issues are addressed appropriate and accordingly
Ensure the selection and interviewing process of candidates are according to policies and procedures
Conduct interview and make necessary recommendation on the hiring decision
Assist Head of Departments in job evaluation exercise and compensation review
Ensure the execution of Organizational Development interventions (i.e talent management, succession planning, competency profiling, etc)
Ensure the implementation of recruitment initiatives are executed accordingly (i.e all urgent vacancies are addressed, etc)
Responsible for monitoring and updating the HR corporate scorecard
Assist Head of Departments in preparing the staff yearly performance bonus, increment, promotions, etc (if any) and ensure the execution of the exercise.
Manage the execution/roll-out of staff performance management, KPI and staff Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
Responsible for designing, crafting and/or reviewing of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance to the P&P
Assist Head of Departments on any HR special projects/strategic initiatives (i.e Org. Design, SIP, HR benchmarking, HR survey, etc)
As a member of the management team, to contribute in other areas within the company and undertake other special tasks as and when necessary.
To undertake any task given by the CEO when required or any administrative related matters to the division/department.
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any related disciplines
At least 5 years experience in managerial level and
8 -10 years experience in Human Resource related areas
Experience in Organization Development , training administration, Compensation & Benefits, Manpower planning and recruitment
Knowledge and experience in competency assessment & profiling would be added advantage
Well verse in employment act
Knowledge in IR act would be added advantage.
Excellent presentation skills, good negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
