Job Description

This global brand within the manufacturing and retail industry is currently going through some exciting changes and looking to recruit a Head of HR and Operations. The successful candidate will be expected to act at both a strategic and operational level in order to meet the organisation's goals. As such, the position is directly responsible for the management of the Human Resources function across the retail stores and to provide leadership, drive strategic initiatives and to support over 6000 employees.

Reporting to the APAC HR Director and a dotted into the Managing Director and COO, your focus will be around coaching area directors, improving leadership capabilities, implementing change across the stores and ensuring training and development is rolled out across the store to ensure successful succession planning.

Job Requirements

If you are looking to help transform and implement change across a multinational corporation, this role will allow you to create the HR strategy for the business and is a great opportunity for those seeking strategic responsibilities and extraordinary career prospects. This role will require you to have at least 10 year HR experience within a large retail or manufacturing company. You must also have experience managing the HR function for retail outlets.
