Lead digital roadmap blueprint to develop new to market digital product / service
Work with cross-functional teams to propose, evaluate, and execute the leading mobile use-cases
Discover and propose new product experiences that are best-in-class
Optimize existing mobile use-cases through data analysis, measurement, and testing
Identify potential business partner and develop proposal for business partnership with selected partners
Identify business opportunity and create business requirement, bank wide, to use digital technology
Initiate product / service innovation to anticipated changing of business trend
Initiate product and service that support the business strategy on digital platform, and drive to make it happened
Envision business dynamic and its environment change to ensure strategic direction
Owns and puts into practice the Customer Experience design principles for both the Mobile and Internet services and processes

Experience in the Banking & Financial industry is definitely not required, but good observation in financial services user experience is a MUST
10+ years’ experience in consumer mobile/digital products or banking services industry
Must have mobile technology knowledge, the mobile handset technology preferable
Innovation: Passionate about mobile innovation & creating product experiences that delight consumers
Communication: exceptionally strong communicator, both verbal and written, proven ability to coordinate disparate teams of Engineers, Designers and Marketers with a consistent positive attitude.
Flexibility: Experience in more than one of the following roles, the more the better: (Software Engineering, Product Management, Web/Mobile Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Strategy)
Deep understanding of the consumer mobile industry value chain, particularly the Lifestyle category
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven approach to decision-making
Proven business sense
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to manage proposal processes and team relationships to ensure effective collaboration by various contributors to the process, including contributors from multiple of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to handle the high stress environment of business development with grace and a sense of humor.
Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate with partner organizations strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and flexibly in a deadline oriented environment and experience managing cross-cultural teams.
