Job Description

  • Reporting to the COO, you will oversee all aspects of customer experience and relations with clients and partners of the firm.
  • You will be responsible for managing the end to end process for senior level escalated complaints with the organisation.
  • You will be the key contact between the organisation Life and General Insurance business.

Job Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have at least 10 years experience within the Insurance Industry, with a strong foundation in complaints handling, managing business partners and operations.
  • Executive level communications in English and Cantonese is ideal.
