Oversee 3 key areas, namely corporate affairs, public relations and internal corporate communications.
Work closely with the senior management team to propose, develop and execute the group's communication strategy. set and manage the annual budget.
Put in place an effective structure to oversee the implementation of the CSR programme.
Provide the necessary coaching and counsel of management/key senior line leaders on communications issues.
Minimum 10 years' experience in corporate affairs, public relations and internal corporate communications.
Proven track record of developing and executing communication strategies and delivering the desired business results.
Have established pre - existing network of contacts to assist in pursuing best practice and delivery of plan.
