A leading international bank is seeking for Head of Cash Management Operations to establish and implement a set of customer driven measurements to determine the success of Payments & Clearing operations.
Reporting to Head of Operations, the other key responsibilities include:
Lead and ensure service delivery in compliance with these measurements, and continuous improvement in leading/meeting customer expectations
Advising and ensuring compliance with the Group's Policy and standards and in-country regulatory requirements and laws pertaining to AML, CFT, including KYC
Facilitating and/or supporting the Bank's efforts in combating money-laundering and terrorism financing activities
Manage operational risks and controls to ensure compliance against internal and regulatory policies and guidelines
Standardize processes and procedures to ensure success transfer of best practices, and adherence to policies and procedures
Establish direction and overall resources structure plans; establish and ensure commitment to, and compliance with, productivity goals in a strategic cost management environment
Interact and coordinate with other key relationship partners in the bank to ensure effective overall service delivery to the customers
Masters/Degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent
Minimum 8 – 10 years’ related experience with at least 3 years in supervisory/managerial capacity
Good working knowledge of local & international payment, clearing & collection methods and settlement arrangement
Good working knowledge of foreign exchange and relevant banking regulations
Strong operational risk management skills
