Job Description

Responsibilities

You will work closely with Management of the Group in the formulation and implementation of the Groupís strategies. You are expected to provide key support for undertaking strategic research and trends for market and product development which include analysing and recommending expansion opportunities, preparing financial valuation analysis as well as developing detailed financial models for conducting feasibility analyses.

Overall

  • Managing the Groupís local foodcourts and restaurants operations.

  • Exploring, planning and implementing new F&B concepts.

  • Assist in potential acquisitions and projects and participate in due diligence, deal structuring, contracts negotiation and documentation.

  • Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.

  • Prepare the annual Business Development Plan; as well as prepares the annual Work Plan.

  • Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.

  • Develop and implement strategies for new operations and services.

  • Provide direction, guidance to the operations team to ensure alignment with the Companyís strategies.

  • Handle special project assignments for venture possibilities or asset disposition.

  • Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate

  • market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.

  • Manage landlord and tenant relations.

  • Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Companyís services.

  • Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programmes.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent

  • Proven track records of relevant experience in the F&B/retail industry (Experience in foodcourts operations would be an advantage)

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team

  • Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills

  • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills

  • High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers

  • Travel is essential for this position
