Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops
Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new agent and as well as for all agencies force.
Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. - Supervise training team and agency support functions as well as manage the team performance to support business requirements.
Prepare training budget and cost review for department.
Thai nationality, Age between 35- 45 years old.
Excellence in English communication
Male or Female
Minimum Bachelor Degree holder with Business Administration or Educations studies
Experiences with major insurance company 10 years or more
Well understanding on investment products and has single license will be advantage
At least 5 years in supervisory and management level
Used to be life insurance agent could be an advantage but not necessary
Energetic with initiatives and self-motivated
Ability to work with people - project management skills are essential
Analytical and good communication skills
Ability to speak and write both English and Thai
