Job Description

  • Lead and manage teams in Cambodia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Myanmar to achieve yearly market plans and growth targets to contribute towards the company's strategic objectives;
  • Lead bidding and establishment of new investment initiatives in Emerging Markets Asia
  • Develop and advance market opportunities in Emerging Markets Asia for the company by developing relationships with key stakeholders such as employers, learning partners, regulators, the local profession and others that will contribute to the company's growth in the region;
  • Support development and implementation of effective partnership and collaborations plans designed to ensure risk management of reputation, brand positioning and a corporate image that will engage stakeholders support and reinforce our global presence;
  • Support the management of the relationship between the company and stakeholders and assume oversight and accountability of external communications within the region;
  • Work across the national offices to provide leadership, business development support and consistency in engagement, partnership and services, to implement market and growth plans;
  • Continuously maintain effective utilization of budgets and resources, and provide leadership and coaching to ensure talent development and performance management;

Job Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in marketing, business administration or other relevant field
  • Minimum of 6-8 years relevant experience in a senior business relationship/development or marketing role gained in a service environment is essential
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic marketing and communication plans and initiatives
  • Leadership ability in managing stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience and ability to lead and develop a team of professionals
  • Experience of working in global matrix environments/structures
