Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be a strategic business partner and advisor on all Group HR matters and also to oversee the entire HR operations for Singapore and Malaysia.
  •  Responsible for formulating and ensuring consistent HR policies and practices in line to business needs and in accordance with labour legislations in Singapore and Malaysia
  • Develop and provide direction on HR strategies i.e. recruitment and retention, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and welfare
  • Introduce best HR practices in line with Company's and staff interest
  • Oversee the complete payroll function from monthly payroll processing/approval, monthly statutory payments to yearly income tax reporting
  • Manage the manpower budget and participate in bi-yearly forecast
  • Monthly personnel costing and reporting
  • Coach and engage the HR team

Job Requirements

  • To succeed in this role, you must have a Degree with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in human resources and experienced in overseeing a team in a supervisory position.
  • You must have good knowledge of labour legislations in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
