Job Description

  • Lead and build a team to maintain, improve, and grow the eCommerce business for the APAC region.
  • Act as project leader to shape platform development timeline, liaise with and manage internal/external parties and vendors.
  • Develop regional eCommerce strategy, brand guidelines, along with long-term planning for business growth. You will design and implement objectives/KPIs.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies to integrate eCommerce activities along with digital initiatives to drive web-traffic and capitalize on potential sales leads.
  • Conduct regular review of site performance and statistical analysis to measure success, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Act as a consultant for the regional teams to recommend market-specific and localized initiatives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to encourage effective process and best consumer experience on the website; external parties for collaborations to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Budget control and management, while maintaining P&L and achieving sales targets.
  • Remain constant with relevant industry trends and business opportunities to build brand awareness and drive strong revenue returns.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing/eCommerce/Business Management or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in eCommerce, preferably within B2C environment within retail/consumer products or hospitality sector, exposure to PRC market is highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of current digital marketing trends (SEO/SEM/PPC), social media platforms and online solutions.
  • Numerically sensitive with strong knowledge of web analytics systems.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for the digital industries. Fashion-forward with a strong sense of luxury.
  • Results-driven with an ability to plan, build, motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in both written and spoken English a must. Cantonese or Mandarin an advantage.
