Develop the travel retail business at all duty free in the world, closely working with the operators to open and develop the business
Work closely and keep strong relationship with customers at all duty free in the world.
Maintain the high level of recognition of the brand in Duty Free channel
Design, implement and enforce procedures required to be able to grow the business with existing and new customers
Explore new business opportunities with operators
Manage sales forecasts and marketing budgets
Able to build and manage OTB, negotiation of product mix referencing, promotion planning and trade marketing action plan in each season
Monitor market competitors and comply with local legal requirements
Collaborate with operators to define travel retail assortment and travel retail exclusives.
Frequent travel required
10+ years of hands on experience to manage duty free business in DFS or any other duty free operators or in the brands
Proven records handling negotiation and building strong relationship with Travel Retail or Duty Free Operators
Naturally sales driven and excited to take ownership in developing a business
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua are essential
Familiar with multicultural and international environment
Perfect presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
