Job Description

  • Searches and seeks for new clients

  • Builds, maintains, broadens and strengthens good relationship with customer to identify their current and future needs.

  • Makes technical presentations and demonstrates how our products meet customer’s needs.

  • Planning, training and controlling sales members to accomplish sales target both individually and collectively.

  • Managing the sales team, developing a sales plan, revenue, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the company brand name to customers, consultants and contractors.

  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and ongoing communications involving sales activities and sales meetings for improvement.

  • Keeps updated with the current market trend, information of projects and competitor for tailoring specific selling activities.

  • Advises Directors of client feedback/comments relating to product features and pricing as well as company performance.

  • Works with design team, R&D to study and respond to customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.

  • Actively involves in negotiation deals for closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions which align with benefits of parties.

  • Closely follows up with customer for any issues which might arise during the process including bidding, contract implementation as well as after-sales services.

  • Maintains a cooperative working relationship between all necessary departments to ensure resources are used to achieve customer satisfaction and corporative objectives.

  • Closely coordinates with finance team to make sure that the payment status is followed with the agreed terms in the contract.

Job Requirements

  • University graduated; prefer Master degree in engineering or business-related field.

  • Minimum 6 years in sales with proven sales track record and 3 years in managerial level.

  • Good negotiation skills and close deal

  • Understanding thoroughly construction field in VN especially in the North

  • Experiences in project sales or construction field

  • Experience in management

  • Prefer candidate having background in civil engineering
