Develop and implement yearly sales and marketing plan for China Market, including ATL & BTL activities, CRM strategy, customer acquisition, Public relations, visual merchandising, store opening events.
Implement corporate guideline to ensure brand image consistency.
Work closely with Hong Kong Marketing team and operation team to ensure Corporate direction and target is well deployed in China.
Centralize communications from various cities on marketing and promotion matters.
Develop and control sales and operation to foster smooth services.
Set KPI and target for individual staff. Conduct performance analysis and identify gaps to initiate improvement plans.
Conduct manpower planning and allocation of operation resources to maximize operation and staff capacity
Drive team to excel performance and achievement of business targets.
Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline.
At least 12 years experience in brand management and retail operations at managerial level. Experience in skincare industry and China exposure is a MUST.
Strong network with press and media.
Strong in business acumen, leadership and strategic.
Willing to station in Shanghai.
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
