Job Description

  • Provide and manage effective leadership and direction to sales team
  • Provide management in product and sales support function
  • Develop sales policies, program and strategy to achieve maximum sales and enhance market shares
  • Develop sales projection and provide competitive analysis
  • Support business planning with accurate forecast
  • Monitor and review weekly sales forecast
  • Plan and monitor short and long range strategies
  • Responsible for overall direction
  • Provide leadership to the division
  • Oversee the formulation, review and implementation of all sales related matters 
  • Develop and maintain a healthy stores portfolio, in-line with companies brand & distribution strategies
  • Work closely with store manager/staff to achieve sales, customers satisfaction and profitability goals
  • Maintain records and measures of individual store and territory sales performance
  • Analyze district reports and identify ways to leverage opportunities to maximize results
  • Develop and execute recovery plans for underperforming stores and outlets
  • Provide accurate information of store and outlets activities through market research or other reliable source 
  • Identify new store opportunities and do a feasibility study before submitting to Company for review and approval
  • Constantly on the lookout for potential business expansion site
  • Provide operational support for new stores
  • Focus on training
  • Influence store managers and teams to achieve the KPI targets for each individual store
  • Communicating with manager regarding store level results/opportunities/challenges and relevant market information
  • Conduct/analyze/develop/ boost staff morale

Job Requirements

  • At least 10 years in senior management position in Retail industry 
  • Able to work with people of different ethnic and cultural background
  • A proven track record in retail business
  • Able to work closely with others and lead them towards the same goal
  • Familiar with common computer applications
  • Strong leadership skills, confident & self-motivated
  • Strong management skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
