Job Description

Our client is a leading real estate company in luxury property development.
  • Accountable for driving sales success, identifying opportunities for immediate positive impact on the properties, you will supervise a team of competitive professionals and report to the Executive Director.
  • Develop sustainable business development strategies and planning, ensure overall budgeting, reporting, property / project management functions are carried out in a timely & efficient manner, select and recommend potential properties for redevelopment or acquisition, select and liaise with land consultants and Government in relation to lease modifications, exchanges, etc for general land administration, promote and execute sales campaign of the companyís property development projects, develop, implement and attain goals.
  • Manage new relationships, from initial contact, enquiries and tenders / sales, through to project delivery and ongoing follow-up.
  • Develop business plans, annual budgets and sales / targets with the Executive Director.
  • Responsibility for other business development staff, including mentoring, training, recruiting and allocation of duties.
  • Assist in the developement of written policies and procedures
  • Close liaison work with local authorities & government agencies.
  • Work with Chief Engineer on issues such as maintenance, repair, or renovation and obtains bids for additional work from outside contractors

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Min 10 years of property market exposure, embracing development, sales management with an excellent sales record.
  • Very familiar with specific sales methodology and sales funnel management with the right financial knowledge in property development.
  • Familiar with the intricacies of property development regulations in Malaysia
  • Excellent skills in risk & crisis management, collaboration and decision-making, interpersonal, relationship building & influencing, coaching & mentoring skills, an inspirational and influential character, strong sense of business and professional ethics, strong motivation and counselling skills, strong time management and empowerment skills, market foresight and goal setting capabilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
