You will lead and ensure the overall success of Hintha Business Centres, a member of the Anthem Asia group of companies in Yangon, Myanmar. You will be responsible for maximising our serviced office and coworking space occupancy levels and increasing revenues and profits.
Client Services• Provide professional and efficient international five-star service at all times; and• Build and maintain a professional relationship with all clients.
Sales/Business Development• Devise strategies for sales and pricing, and develop new products and services;• Lead day-to-day sales activities including sourcing and converting leads, responding to enquiries;• Lead marketing and communications campaigns to support sales; and• Represent the Company and brand at networking and marketing events.
Operations• Ensure the centres are well maintained to a high standard, having a good working knowledge of the facilities and equipment.
Other• Recruit and train staff to delivering five-star sales and service;• Devise and control annual business and financial plan;• Report to the board;• Monitor industry trends; and• Contribute to the next phase of the business.
