Supervise development of and revision to business plan, annual budget, financial reports and annual and monthly forecasts that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends and variances;
Manage and achieve all areas of the budgets by implementing proper controls. Control labor and operating expenses through effective planning, budgeting, purchasing decisions, policy making, and inventory control while focusing on creative cost control and revenue generation solutions to maximize profit for the property;
Conduct weekly yield meetings to ensure the resortís inventory is managed effectively to attain the highest yield per resort objectives;
Monitor and maintain procedures for safety of guests and associates;
Ensure all communication standards are being met and all association administration and fiduciary duties are being carried out;
Maintain positive rapport with associates and customers and communicate regularly with the public, staff, corporate office, and owners.
Living in Riau Islands province Ė preferably in Batam area;
At least 3 years of previous Hospitality or General Manager experience preferred;
Hands on experience with setting up companies and applying for licenses Ė knows the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia and how to deal with the government;
Bachelorís Degree, Masterís Degree or other Professional Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Law or any other related field;
Able to develop procedures, strong in planning and experienced with making staffing requirements;
Excellent communication and strong leadership skills, fluent in English both oral and written.
