You must be able to analyze market demands, formulate marketing strategies and manage business relationships; and penetrate new geographical and product markets.
You will manage and identify opportunities for increased channel partnerships and sales. You will put processes in place and develop marketing plans to increase sell through and return on investment.
You will develop and implement channel partner programs and contracts and increase market share and profitability of products and services.
You will identify and work closely with the relevant third party vendors to incorporate bundling programs.
You should have a consistent track record in channel management, business development or franchise development with contributions to profitability.
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or closely related area
Minimum 5 years of proven track record in franchise, sales or business development.
Multi-unit franchise development experience, preferably in SEA countries
Business acumen in forging alliances on an international level.
Experience in negotiation and setting up of joint ventures, partnership and other business arrangements.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Skills in analyzing, defining and implementing business processes.
Assertive, high energy, independent and results oriented
Able to travel regularly
