Collaborates with Managing Director to manage and supervise the Operations, Production, HR, IT, Marketing & Sales, Purchasing and Logistics Departments
Meets Cake Shop and Restaurant financial objectives through service excellence, local store marketing and sales plans while tracking and controlling costs
Controls purchase and inventory through negotiating prices and contracts with vendors, strict supervision of purchasing and logistics department adherence to the company SOPs
Maintain high efficiency of operations of all departments by preparing policies, constantly reviewing and upgrading the Standard operating procedures and ensuring that all departments adhere to the SOPs.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the cake shop or restaurant industry, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks benchmarking state of the art practices, etc
Accomplishes company goals and delivers dividends of stakeholders through loyalty, commitment and integrity
Male age between 40 – 45 years old
Min 5 (five) years experience in F&B industry
Flexible personality, attractive, love to learn good ability to build relationships
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Have a strong ethics and integrity, effective communication, teamwork and result/achievement driven
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in an up market F&B retail chain
