Develops and implements HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with corporate vision & mission, people philosophy, business plan and organization structure of the company
Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
Ensures recruitment of required quality of Management and other business staff with right skill and competency according to business needs, through appropriate selection process
Facilitates communication among employees and management. May guide managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.
Trains employees on HR issues and practices.
Develops HR plan in sync with company business plan, prepares budget and implements after management approval; reviews market bench-mark salary/benefits, provides feedback to management and makes recommendation for improvement
Develops and implements leading edge HR management systems and procedures to introduce the effective management of people in order to maintain competitive advantage through Talent acquisition, Induction and orientation, Performance Management, Talent growth, Reward and Recognition, Staff Retention, Leadership /Management Development / Career Development, Succession Planning, Competency Mapping, Identifying development needs, Training Development and Competency Building, and Compensation / Benefit programs
Implements performance appraisal, appropriate career growth, performance linked incentives/bonus system that drives high performance, improves productivity, stimulates people and retains people.
Effectively implements employee engagement initiatives that integrates people with organization intrinsically, develops strong relationship, enhances motivation level and ensures retention of people
10-12 Years of proven working experience in relevant areas as HR manager or senior HR executive in MNC or well-structured company with 150+ staff in an Engineering or project management or similar manufacturing or service industries in SE Asian region
Demonstrable leadership skill in HR strategy-plan-budget, performance management system, compensation-benefit-reward-incentives linked HR systems, performance management system, and overall HR systems and best practices. Knowledge of IR in Myanmar is a plus
Demonstrable skill in competency building, training and development
Good communication skill in English, good personality and inter-personal skill, people orientation but results driven approach, excellent active listening and presentation skill
Education – University Bachelor/Masters in Arts/Science with MBA/strong PG Diploma in HR from Institute of repute
Age: 38 – 40 years preferable, but higher also acceptable
