Job Description

  • Factory administration, finance management and Compliance
  • Production planning, quota status and Quality/delivery control
  • Execute daily operations in all manufacturing area from business development, order management, production and supply chain management
  • Monitor and control production forecasting, production and order management work flow and procedures to ensure accuracy for production
  • Align with the top management to achieve sales and profitability budget according to business plan and strategies.
  • Developing and implementing strategies, setting and prioritizing the goals and plans for the Company, ensuring the alignment to the Company overall directions and business objectives
  • Providing visionary leadership to day to day operating activities including revenue and sales growth, expense, cost and margin control
  • Supporting individual functions in achieving their strategic goals, motivating superior team's performance and accomplishing the desired results
  • Provide and implement continuous improvement suggestions to the Broad in terms of accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness regarding reporting and business procedures
  • Report to Chief Operations Officer in HK. You will lead the whole Cambodia manufacturing operations with production and general management.
  • The management runs a matrix model in the factory, we also expected a role in daily operations and matters including relationship building with unions, staff discipline, expense and payment approvals and enforcement of Company policies and directions.
  • Manage overall operations of manufacturing plant in order to meet targets on on-time delivery, improve efficiency, cost reduction and profitability etc.
  • Keep monitoring production status closely and resolving problems affecting production efficiency
  • Liaising with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth operation of the factory
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • At least 10 years relevant working experience in garment manufacturing,
  • Experienced in leading manufacturing projects especially production efficiency, manpower planning and factory compliance
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, knowledge of Chinese is preferred
  • Strong knowledge local law in Cambodia particular experience in dealing with unions and government officials
  • Strong leadership skill and be a committed leader with good planning and problem solving skills
  • Well organized, excellent analytical and negotiation skills
  • Working location: Cambodia
