Job Description


  • Assist Managing Director in running smooth daily operation

  • Lead all sections to prepare annual, workplan and strategy (product and service selling plan, budget plan and marketing plan) to achieve sale and profit targets

  • Manage section managers and assign tasks to them

  • Supervise all section managers to work effectively and efficiency

  • Implementation and maintenance of systems, procedures and controls.

  • Control and responsible for the day-to-day management of Sale & Marketing, Customer Service, Warehouse, Human Resources, Financial, Tent Service, Costume Service, Beverage Service

  • Staff training and commercial accountability for planning organizing, and directing all SRM services

  • Organized all the documents systems in the SRM efficiently and effectively

  • Solve problems that may occur in SRM

  • Promote, make decisions and develop plan for how to manage SRM

  • Provides prompt, accurate and through information and present weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to owner to keep it informed of the SRM’s performance

  • Develops a sound institutional operational system including financial, operational, personnel and other policies, procedures and internal control to ensure optimum performance and risk management

  • Observe and monitor working’s performance to make sure that company rules and procedures are being followed

  • Monthly Financial report with analysis ratio with full of explanation and suggestion

  • Identity staff’s action and evaluate whether it meets SRM’s standards

  • Build and maintain a good relationship with customers as well as all sections staff

  • Understands the government regulation affecting hotel’s operations, ensuring SRM is operated in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinance, regulations, and requirement of any federal state or Municipal authority.

  • Other tasks will assign by Director & Deputies Director

Job Requirements


  • At least bachelor degree in business and administration, management or other fields related

  • At least 5 year experiences in similar position

  • Female are encourage to apply

  • Strong Leadership and management skills

  • Be creative and initiatives

  • Be able to work independent

  • High responsibility and commitment

  • Comprehensive English (Writing and Speaking)

  • Khmer literate

  • Computer skills ( Words, Excel, Power Point, Email, Internet)

  • COMPETENCY ( Good interpersonal, Team work, Communication Skill and be Trustworthy )
