Conduct a needs assessment of the budget for the procurement and maintenance of all facilities and supporting infrastructure for office activities and then submitted to the finance and management of the company to be budgeted and approved.
Cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers of goods and services facilities / infrastructure, office and assist in dealing with complaints on the vendor / supplier including a follow-up memorandum handling payments / invoices and contracts with related parties.
Create, run and develop work systems / procedures for procurement and maintenance of supporting facilities work.
Prepare monthly reports for the purposes of meeting the budget, the financial statements of assets and office expenses.
Bachelor degree from any major, preferable from Industrial, Mechanical Electrical, Civil Engineering, Accounting, Management or Human Resources form reputable University.
Experienced minimal 5 years as General Affair Manager, preferable from retail companies.
Shown “Can do Attitude”, result oriented, and composure under pressures.
Have good communication and negotiation skill to interact with supplier or 3rd party.
Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in Retail environment.
Ability in English – both in verbal and written.
