Job Description

  • To check all kind of beverage in proper stock.
  • Good knowledge of menu (Both food and Beverage)
  • Good knowledge of product.
  • To maintain highest standard of beverage.
  • To make store requisition for operation.
  • To make the roster for F&B staff monthly.
  • In charge all F&B staff (Service & Cook).
  • Check all F&B staff (Absent) Uniform, Name tag, Hygiene and Cleanliness all time.
  • To report guest’s complain/comment to the general manager.
  • To make daily report and report to general manager.
  • To check daily beverage inventory at the end of the operation.
  • To make monthly breakage report inventory of equipment.
  • To make monthly report inventory operation equipment.
  • Control and arrange the roster for operation staff all outlets(Bar, Kitchen)
  • Prepare monthly report of F&B
  • Training to F&B staff about service standard.

Job Requirements

  • Age: 30–Above
  • Qualification: Others
  • Language: English – Good
  • Completed Successfully Baccalaureate. 
  • Must be have experience in related skill / hotel industry.
  • Have creative idea (Relate to F&B)
  • Professional in handing and turning the guest complaints into compliment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Self-Motivated, Proactive and flexible in work.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skill, Have F&B skill, Good interpersonal skill, Good attitude, willing to lean, Hardworking, Honest, High responsibility and be able to work well in a team.
