Identify market or performance trends, support decision making on new product launch and new business initiatives, etc.
Analyze operating costs, expenses for different units and distribution channels, and projects costs to give strategic advices on cost management.
Put together business forecasts and cash flow projections.
A University graduate and a qualified accountant
At least 5-10 years of experience.
Well-versed in Management Reporting / Financial Planning and Analysis within the Life Insurance industry.
Have been in a supervisory role in recent years.
Have understanding on insurance businesses and have extensive experience in working with senior stakeholders from various business units.
Have good insight on both revenue and expenses analysis.
Experienced professional who is both hands-on and has a high-level strategic mindset.
Well-presented, confident, assertive and has strong communication skills.
