Coordinate and prepare the budget and financial forecasts, institute and maintain other planning and control procedures (including the cost accounting system), and analyze and report variances and submit them to Directors and regional officer in Thailand
Manage systems and people to monitor risk. Ensure that appropriate controls and processes are in place to have accurate reporting
Contact with local and oversea insurance company to claim for the damage and review insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities.
Control over all company assets
Monitor and review Inter-Company Statement
Consolidate actual sale, cost data and perform Variance Analysis & Financial Analysis as necessary to Directors.
Full reconciliations of all bank accounts and BS accounts.
Full reconciliations of Corporate book and Local book
Manage cash flow effectively
Ensure all financial transactions and financial statements complied with Canadian GAAP/IFRS
Consultation / Coordination
Coordinate to provide related information and guidelines for internal and external parties e.g., Financial data for other departments, related reports to Tax Office, Labor Office, Social Insurance Office…
Full responsible to answer and provide supporting information or document of financial department to all internal and external auditors as required for approval with Financial Accounting Standard, customers’ requirement and company procedures
