Overseeing prompt completion of audits and tax preparation (including coordination with US consultants) for all entities under our management, including 2 in the United States and one in the British Virgin Islands.
Managing and analyzing financial audits of Philippine firms
For US investments, conducting analysis and preparing financial reports from our investee companies.
Assisting the financial planning and management of our Philippine and US companies.
Writing financial and/or operations reports to investment partners
Interfacing with local and foreign banks for reports, etc.
Coordinating treasury placements and wire transfers with the Managing Director
Handling the day to day finance activities, including but not limited to :
Preparation of journal and check vouchers, preparing and releasing checks, getting approvals and signatures for expenses;
