Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing Financial Reporting, both management and statutory reports in terms of timeline, reporting requirements and compliance as well as analysis.
Implement & improve internal control, accounting process & procedures as well as financial system.
Assist Financial Controller in lead and coach finance team to reinforce finance functions and to ensure finance & accounting tasks are properly performed and all reconciliation works have been properly carried out.
Proper preparation and filling of tax returns, tax planning & compliance.
Manage fund / cash balance, cash flows projections and other treasury activities.
Manage and improve working capital, proper controls and review over inventory and accounting records.
Assist in Budgeting and Forecasting, Variance analysis, Capital Expenditure Plans.
Handle all internal and external audit matters and ensure compliance of FRS and statutory requirements.
Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, company secretary and other stakeholders to accomplish the relevant tasks.
Lead and undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Economics, Commerce or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably have audit experience and working experience in SAP (or ERP) system.
Preferably the candidate who has the qualification of ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
