Job Description

  • Supervise the Total Order Management Operations
  • Ensure that SOP and Policies are implemented and understood in the finance department
  • Lead and train people in the department to achieve the Key Result Areas
  • Supervise the preparation and generation of monthly P&L by Principal
  • Ensure timely and accurate monitoring of expenses vs. budget.
  • Ensure timeliness and correctness of product costing or pricing
  • Ensure accuracy of inventory and reconciliation
  • Review expense accruals for major expense items specially those relating to Product Expenses
  • Review pricing/costing analysis prepared by Financial Analyst in-charge of costing.
  • Review price increase applications and monitor implementation
  • Prepare financial evaluation of new products or principal and send to the stockholders / General Manager
  • Coordinates the annual budget preparation, This includes the preparation of required budget templates and schedules
  • Assist General Manager in the preparation of required schedules for Business Reviews and Planning
  • Others duties as required by GM, and any top management team for Business planning and development
  • Plans, organizes and implements Financial Planning operations and objectives; coordinates and integrates all activities toward achievement of established goals and objectives.
  • Direct the preparation of regular and special budget reports.
  • Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
  • Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation.
  • Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations
  • Summarize budgets and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests.
  • Review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs.
  • Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program or budget changes.
  • Compile and analyze accounting records and other data to determine the financial resources required to implement a program.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses to compare operating programs, review financial requests, or explore alternative financing methods.
  • Interpret budget directives and establish policies for carrying out directives
  • Supervises, trains and evaluates accounting professionals, and entry level accounting and support staff.
  • Ensures adherence to generally accepted accounting standards and principles; ensures maintenance of proper audit trails and verification and reconciliation actions for all processed work.

Job Requirements

  • Master Degree of Finance
  • Minimum 5 years in professional experience in finance fields
  • Excellent spoken & written English
  • Strong leadership and good business acumen
  • Experience with budgets and forecasting
  • Proactive, challenging and creative idea to resolve the problem
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work under tough conditions
  • Multi tasks and strong organization skills
  • Analytical skills

  • Computer literate Ms Word, Excel, Power point, Internet and email
