Job Description

  • Preparation of ALS (SEA) monthly management reports
  • Preparation of ALS (SEA) monthly financial reporting pack for submission to ALS Corporate.
  • Budgets - coordination of annual budget submissions
  • Completion of ad-hoc reporting requirements (such as cash flow forecast, overhead allocation, capital employed, GOL returns, Insurance renewals)
  • Audit - preparation of work papers to facilitate annual tax audit by local tax office.
  • Prepare half year and year end audit work papers to facilitate the external audit process
  • Tax - preparation of Income tax schedules and ensuring all taxes are paid correctly and on time.
  • Review local accounts and report to local tax offices monthly and annually
  • Maintain fixed asset register
  • Processing & reconciliation of Intercompany accounts

Job Requirements

  • Experience Required: 5+ years in a similar commercial role
  • Specialist Training Required: Degree majoring in Finance/Accounting
  • Other Skills: MS office suite, Communication & Supervisory, Pronto, AccPac
  • Fluency in both Lao and English
